
Prawn gyoza for lunch! The girls favourite ❤️
Simple filling:
Small tin of water chestnuts blitz
1 packet of prawns (cooked) blitz
2-3 spring onions finely chopped
Pinch of chilli flakes
Drizzle of soya sauce and sesame oil
1tsp cornflour
Mix together
Fold into your gyoza wrappers
Fry for a few mins in about 1tbsp oil, then add 2-3 tbsp water with the lid on to steam
Toppings: oyster sauce , sweet chilli and spring onions

Tip: u can freeze these. Use lots of cornflour for rolling the dough- don’t be afraid (I used 4-5 tbsp in total in a sieve) as you assemble dust some corn flour and let them rest on some greaseproof paper otherwise these will stick. Yields 30! (We ate all of them!)😂
